Mission of MCJROTC

The Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers Training Crops was established by Congress under section 2031, Title 10, United States Code.


The program at Crenshaw was originally established in 1980.


The JROTC offers a rewarding challenge to any 9th through 12th grade students who seeks to develop their citizenship and leadership skills while working as part of a team.


The core values of HONOR, COURAGE, and COMMITMENT, and having the moral courage to do what is right at all times is the essence of the program.
