Senior Graduation is Friday, June 11, at 10:00am!

As we approach the end of the 2020-2021 school year we are excited be able to hold a LIVE senior graduation ceremony! The event will take place on June 11, 2021 at 10:am on the football field. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure a safe, socially distanced ceremony for our students and families. Below are important steps that must be taken by families prior to the ceremony, and protocols that must be followed during the event.

  • There will be a MANDATORY Graduation rehearsal on Thursday, June 10th, from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. Seniors will meet in the big gym. All students must have received a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days prior to coming on campus and have a daily pass. GRADUATION GUEST REGISTRATION LINK
  • All participating graduates must have a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days of the graduation ceremony. The closest testing site to Crenshaw High School, is Audubon Middle School. A flyer with information on how to make an appointment is attached. Students who are enrolled in hybrid instruction will be able to test when the mobile unit is on site at Crenshaw.
  • All graduates are allowed to have two guests at the ceremony. ALL guests must be pre-registered. Non-registered guests will not be allowed to enter. Completed registration will take the place of a hard copy ticket. Parents and guardians may register their guests here:
  • All graduation ceremony attendees, and guests, will be required to:
  • Answer screening questions and pass a temperature health check.
  • Wear a face mask at all times.
  • Adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • Graduates may not wear heels on the field. Food is not allowed. Balloons are not allowed.
  • On the day of graduation, guests of students ending with a last name of A-L will enter the stadium off of 8th Ave. Guests of students ending with a last name of M-Z will enter off of 50th St. near the Wellness Center. 
  • The graduation will be live streamed and a video posted on our website for family and friends that are not able to attend in person.
  • In order to be eligible to participate in graduation, seniors must meet all graduation requirements and complete the clearance process. Seniors will be able to drop off technology and books, on Friday June 4th and Monday June 7th from 9am to 3pm. The entrance on 50th Street by the Wellness Center. Graduates will also receive their caps, gowns, and senior gift bag during this time.
