Year 1980

Memoir 1980 was the best because we had the best basketball team. The crowd would sing, "Oh what a pity the Shaw took City...again!" We had Darryl Strawbery (Shawberry). We had the twins. We had the largest pep squad that was led by Mr. Holtzclaw. He was the best! Our squad needed a bus just for us when we went to away games. Our drill team was the bomb too!
